1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing wowgetitnow.co.uk and purchasing an insurance product through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Wow Get It Now is a trading style of Tenor Insurance Brokers Limited, authorized and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA No. 305940).

2. Duty of Fair Presentation

When applying for an insurance policy, it is your legal responsibility under the Consumer Insurance (Disclosure and Representations) Act 2012 to take reasonable care not to make a misrepresentation to the insurer. You must answer all questions honestly and accurately. Failure to do so may result in your policy being cancelled, voided, or claims being rejected.

3. The Contract of Insurance

Wow Get It Now acts as an intermediary. The insurance contract is between you and the underlying insurer. The specific terms, limitations, and exclusions of your cover will be detailed in your Policy Wording and Certificate of Motor Insurance, which will be emailed to you upon successful payment.

4. Pricing and Payment

All quotes provided are based on the information you submit and are subject to change until payment is successfully processed. Payments are processed securely. Your coverage is not active until you receive an official Certificate of Motor Insurance indicating the valid commencement date and time.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

Due to the nature of short-term and temporary motor insurance (policies under 30 days), strict cancellation rules apply. Usually, once a short-term policy has commenced, there is no right to a refund. If you wish to cancel a policy before the commencement date, please contact our support team immediately. An administration fee may apply.

6. Impound Insurance Specifics

If purchasing Impound Car Insurance, you acknowledge that it is your responsibility to ensure the specific compound accepts electronic certificates of insurance, and that the policy covers the legal registered owner of the vehicle.

7. Complaints Procedure

It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times. If you are dissatisfied with our service, please email us at support@wowgetitnow.co.uk. If your complaint is not resolved to your satisfaction, you may be entitled to refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
